Privacy Policy
This policy describes, in plain language, how Visionarynestfr SAS collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit visionarynestfr.com or when our advisers support you. It complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act as amended in 2024.
1. Data controller
Visionarynestfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €75,000, registered with the Paris RCS under number 928 401 562, with its head office at 24 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France. Our data protection officer can be reached at dpo@visionarynestfr.com.
2. Data we collect
When you contact us: name, email address, free-text message, interface language. During an engagement: administrative documents strictly required for the file (tax notices, supporting evidence, CERFA forms). When you browse: truncated IP, aggregated statistics, technical session identifiers.
3. Purposes
Answer your requests, offer you an audit, prepare and follow up your administrative files, improve site quality and, subject to your consent, measure and optimise our advertising campaigns.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations (notably tax and anti-money-laundering), legitimate interest in defending our rights and securing our services, and consent for traffic measurement and advertising.
5. Retention
Prospect data: 36 months after the last contact. Client data: for the duration of the engagement and 10 years for accounting and tax obligations. Connection logs: 12 months maximum.
6. Recipients and processors
Our advisers, our hosting provider OVHcloud (Roubaix, France), our email provider Scaleway (Paris) and, subject to your consent, Google Ireland Limited for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 services. No transfer outside the EU without appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
7. Security
TLS 1.3 encryption, multi-factor authentication for advisers, access logging, daily backups in France, annual independent security audit.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and post-mortem instructions. You can exercise them at any time at dpo@visionarynestfr.com. In case of disagreement, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
9. Updates
Any substantial change is announced on the home page for 30 days and the update date is displayed at the top of this page.
